With the overgrowth of the world population accompanied by the current environmental and climate changes such as; global warming, desertification and climatic change resulting in intensive shortage and scarcity of fresh water, it was necessary to innovate new alternative irrigation systems achieving and aiming at the following:
1) Providing the plants with their need of water
2) Conserving and not wasting water
3) Being suitable and adaptable to different environments and types of soil
These were the real motivation to innovate Roots Tube Irrigation Systems
Our Vision
The Innovator of the system is Mr. Omar M. Badawy, Egyptian national interested in agricultural, Irrigating & environmental affairs. Mr. Badawy is also an author having several books in varied fields.

مع الإزديـاد الشديد في عدد سـكان العــالــم المصاحب بالتغيــرات المنــاخـية مثل الإحتباس الحــــراري والتصحــر وإنتقـــــال النطـاقـــات المناخية في بعض الأماكن وما نتج عن ذلك من ندرة ونقـصـان شديد في مــوارد الميـاه العذبة، كان لــزاماً إيجاد أنظمة ري بــديلة تعتمـد على
١) تزويد النبــاتات بإحتياجاتها من المـــاء
٢) توفير المياه العذبة وعدم الاســراف فيها
٣) موائمتها لمختلف البيئات ومختلف انواع التربة
ومن هنا جاءت فكرة نظام روتس تيوب للري المبتكر
